Returns
Returns may be accepted if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product is unused and in original condition
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
Items must include original packaging, tags, and invoice.
Non- Returnable Items
Some products are not eligible for return. For instance, used or washed products cannot be returned. Similarly, customer-damaged items are not accepted. In addition, customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable. Clearance or sale items may also not be eligible if stated.
Return Process
To start a return, contact our support team with your order number. Moreover, you should share photos if the product is damaged or incorrect. After that, wait for approval and further instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Therefore, approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. However, shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges based on product availability. Moreover, you can request an exchange for size or replacement if applicable.
